These Terms govern your use of Wotel. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Wotel.
Using the service
Wotel provides an AI receptionist and related call-handling tools for businesses. You are responsible for your account, your configuration, and complying with applicable laws — including call-recording and consent rules in your jurisdiction.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Usage beyond included AI minutes is billed at the per-minute rate shown on your plan. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the current period.
Acceptable use
Don't use Wotel for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity, or in ways that violate carrier or telecom regulations. We may suspend accounts that do.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
