What counts as an AI minute?
An AI minute is one minute your AI receptionist spends on a live phone call. We round each call up to the nearest minute. Inbound texts and call summaries don’t use minutes.
What happens if I go over my plan’s minutes?
Your receptionist keeps answering — calls are never dropped. Extra minutes are billed at a simple per-minute rate ($0.20 on Starter, $0.18 on Pro, $0.15 on Growth), and we’ll nudge you to upgrade if it’s cheaper.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts. Cancel from your billing settings and you’ll keep access through the end of your current period.
Can I keep my existing business number?
